We use Discovery-form information to review your inquiry, understand the business objective and current condition, determine a credible next step, and respond to you. The website is hosted by Wix. Discovery submissions are sent through the server-side Wix Forms integration and stored or processed within the Wix services configured for White Dot LLC. We may use approved service providers where needed to operate, secure, maintain, or respond through the website.
White Dot does not publish, sell, or share Discovery submissions for advertising through the current website implementation.
Cookies and analytics
The current website permits essential processing. Functional, analytics, advertising, and third-party-data categories are disabled unless they become genuinely required and are introduced with corresponding updates to consent behavior, this notice, and technical quality assurance. No external analytics or advertising platform is configured in the website source.
Retention
Discovery submissions may be retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is reasonably required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

White Dot applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information processed. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
