Information we collect

When you submit the Discovery form, we collect:

your name;
your email address;
your company or business name, if provided; and
the business problem or request you choose to describe.

The website and its hosting platform may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as request, device, browser, and network information.

When you buy a service online, Stripe processes the payment. We receive your name, email address, the details you type at checkout (such as your website address and a short description of the problem) and a record of the payment. We don't receive your full card number.

If you reach this website from one of our Google ads, the page address includes a click code added by Google. If you send the Discovery form during that visit, we add a note to your inquiry saying it came from an ad. We don't save the click code, set a cookie for it, or send it anywhere. The note tells us which ads bring inquiries.

Optional Website Audit

If you request Website Audit, we process the public page URL you enter to retrieve public HTML and request a mobile measurement from Google PageSpeed Insights. Do not submit private URLs, access tokens or confidential content. No email is required. A diagnostic request does not create a Discovery submission or enroll you in marketing.

An essential one-hour session cookie and pseudonymous request reservations protect the service against abuse. The application does not save raw submitted URLs, fetched HTML or diagnostic results. Reservations contain hashed identifiers and expiry information. They expire after 48 hours and are scheduled for daily deletion. If cleanup health becomes stale, diagnostic processing is disabled until it is restored. Operational failures may delay deletion and require corrective action.

Google receives the requested public page URL. Wix hosting and Google may separately process technical information under their applicable service arrangements. This user-requested diagnostic does not introduce advertising or marketing analytics. Existing privacy-request instructions and Discovery retention remain unchanged.

Website Audit Free v2 may also retrieve up to two public pages linked from the submitted page, within the same website, to check representative navigation destinations. We send the final public website origin to Google’s Chrome UX Report API to request aggregated Chrome page-load experience where available. We do not access your private Analytics or Search Console account, infer visitor counts, or store these diagnostic results. No login, email or marketing consent is required.

Why we use the information

We use order details to deliver the service you bought, contact you about it, keep required business and tax records, and handle refunds.

We use Discovery-form information to review your inquiry, understand the business objective and current condition, determine a credible next step, and respond to you. We process this information as reasonably necessary to operate the inquiry process, respond to requests, protect the site, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

The website is hosted by Wix. Discovery submissions are sent through the server-side Wix Forms integration and stored or processed within the Wix services configured for White Dot. We may use approved service providers where needed to operate, secure, maintain, or respond through the website.

Online payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We use payment details only to deliver your order, keep business records and handle refunds.

Website chat: when you use the chat assistant, your messages are sent to Anthropic, the AI provider that writes the answers. We don't store chat messages or link them to you. Don't type passwords, payment details or other private information into the chat.

White Dot does not publish, sell, or share Discovery submissions for advertising through the current website implementation.

Cookies and analytics

The current website permits essential processing. Functional, analytics, advertising, and third-party-data categories are disabled unless they become genuinely required and are introduced with corresponding updates to consent behavior, this notice, and technical quality assurance. No external analytics or advertising platform is configured in the website source.

Retention

Discovery submissions may be retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is reasonably required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Security

White Dot applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information processed. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights regarding your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights. To make a request, contact support@white-dot.org. White Dot will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

International processing

Wix and other approved service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, those safeguards are handled through the relevant service-provider arrangements.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
