Lead Guard
Lead Guard Terms of Use
Effective date: October 9, 2026
White Dot LLC ("White Dot", "we") provides Lead Guard. Contact: support@white-dot.org.
1. What Lead Guard does.
Lead Guard sends an additional alert to a Slack channel you connect when your site records a form submission, and shows the delivery status of each alert. It doesn't replace or change your site's own email notifications or spam settings.
2. No guarantee of delivery.
Alerts depend on your site's form events, Slack and network availability. Some alerts may be delayed, fail or have an unknown outcome. Lead Guard can't alert you about submissions that are never recorded. Keep your existing notifications in place.
3. Your Slack connection.
You must have authority to connect the Slack workspace and channel you choose. Lead Guard stores the webhook needed to deliver alerts, and you are responsible for keeping access to that workspace secure. Slack is a third-party service governed by its own terms and availability. You can disconnect Slack from Lead Guard at any time.
4. Plans and billing.
Lead Guard is billed through Wix. Trial, renewal, cancellation and any refund eligibility are governed by the Wix terms shown when you subscribe. White Dot does not receive your payment-card details. The paid plan includes up to 500 alerts per calendar month (UTC). If the allowance is reached, Lead Guard alerts pause until the next month; your existing Wix notifications are not changed.
5. Acceptable use.
Don't use Lead Guard to send unlawful content or to interfere with Slack or Wix services.
6. Data.
How we handle data is described in the Lead Guard privacy notice.
7. Changes, suspension and termination.
You can stop using Lead Guard by cancelling through Wix and/or uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue Lead Guard where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Material changes to these terms will be posted at this URL.
8. Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Lead Guard is provided "as is" and without a guarantee that every alert will be delivered. White Dot's total liability arising out of or relating to Lead Guard will not exceed the fees you paid for Lead Guard during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Your responsibilities.
You are responsible for your forms, the information you collect from site visitors, the notices and consents required for that collection, and your decision to send operational alerts to Slack. Lead Guard does not replace your own recordkeeping, form monitoring or legal obligations.
10. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
