Lead Guard Privacy Notice

White Dot LLC ("White Dot", "we") operates Lead Guard. Privacy contact: support@white-dot.org.

What Lead Guard processes

  • Form-event data: when Wix reports a form submission, Lead Guard receives the site instance ID, form ID and name, submission ID, submission status and event time. The Wix event can also contain the visitor's form answers. Lead Guard does not store or forward those answers.
  • Slack settings: Lead Guard stores the Slack incoming-webhook URL in an encrypted Wix Data field, along with the last four characters of the webhook and the first-connection time. The full webhook is masked in the app interface and is not included in delivery logs.
  • Delivery records: for each alert, Lead Guard stores the submission ID, form name, delivery state, attempt count, HTTP status and relevant timestamps.
  • Slack alert content: the alert contains the site name, form name, submission time and a link to the site's Wix dashboard. It does not include the visitor's form answers.
  • Billing: Wix handles billing. White Dot receives plan or entitlement status, not your payment-card details.

Why

Only to send your alerts, show their delivery status and apply your plan's allowance.

Sharing

Wix hosts and operates the app infrastructure and data used by Lead Guard. Alert information is sent to the Slack webhook you connect, at your direction. We do not sell Lead Guard data or use it for advertising or AI training.

Retention

Lead Guard keeps settings and delivery records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate and support the app. Delivery-history records older than 90 days are removed automatically as new alerts are processed while Lead Guard remains installed.

Disconnecting Slack removes the stored webhook when that action completes successfully.

When Lead Guard is uninstalled, the app stops processing new submissions, and we use the Wix app-removal process to clean up app data where the platform permits. Because some app data is stored in Wix-hosted collections on the site, we do not promise that every stored record is deleted within a fixed number of days after uninstall.

Security

Lead Guard uses Wix-managed hosting and stores the Slack webhook in an encrypted Wix Data field. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the app. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can disconnect Slack at any time from the Lead Guard dashboard. You can also uninstall Lead Guard through Wix to stop the app from processing new submissions. For questions about Lead Guard data or a deletion request, contact support@white-dot.org. Where White Dot still has the technical ability and authority to remove the requested app data, we will process the request accordingly.
